The following forms are required for ALL volunteers working on the trails!
The Trail Maintanence Manual and Safety Check List will give you guidance on policy. procedure and requirements. Please Read! The Volunteer Waiver Form must be signed for insurance requirements. You can download, fill out and submit via email or at a workday.
Anyone independantly doing any trail work must fill out the Trail Work Report Form. Group workdays will be filled out by group leader. Select the Electronic Work Report Form and easily submit to the trail coordinators. A paper form is available if you would like to print and email to us.
