- Jay Bergin -Background of group and introduction of board members
- Don Hilton- introduction as county sheriff along with support and vision of Oswego
County ATV riding - Jay Weatherup- chairman of county legislature. He Was one of the original founders
of Square Valley Trail Blazer. Oswego county and Legislature are in support of
Additional area riding. Spoke about safety and riding . - Tony Sisilli- Secretary spoke about membership database and membership portal
- Jay bergin- Spoke about the direction of the club and

Larry Mackner- worked on trail maintenance in lewis county- addressed legality issues and challenges met in Lewis county. Spoke about access to right of ways and asked about different offroad vehicles (3 wheelers on Trail system). Don Hilton Spoke about opening
County and town roads.
Matt Elliot- asking about access to village of central square right of way areas. Don Hilton spoke about planned openings.
Don Hilton – spoke about county recreational trial current status sewer construction along it,
Randy- questioned access with dirt bikes , ATV, UTV access. Specifically, Dirt bike access.
Jay stated club supports dirt bike trail access.
John Melanoski asked about the 3 separate clubs and the possibility of a merger. Jay talked about potential reciprocity to use other trail clubs. Don Hilton spoke about Oswego County’s trail vision to obtain a potential Oswego County Trail permit.
Squeak asked who absorbs the cost of building a trail through a landowner’s trail opening.
Chris (Pulaski) asked about potential trail openings within other areas of the county.
Dave Valentino asked about polling landowners within the county about allowing ATV access.
Matt from Vanderbilt Snowmobile Club asked about trail maintenance and fixing trails before the snowmobile season.
Squeak asked about trail riding and family trail friendliness – marking trails for difficulty. Don Hilton spoke about trail safety and the wearing of helmets, along with the duties of the Sheriff’s Office trail patrol.
Mark from Wheelaway Motorsports spoke about the possibility of applying for a Yamaha trail grant.
Rob from Northshore spoke about working with Vanderbilt Snowmobile Club. 30 mph.
Good of the Order
Constantia Fire Department is hosting an ATV/ UTV poker run aug 2nd.
July 19 will be the club’s first fundraiser- Kasoag Wheelerfest
